I ordered the Gratin de Cattle Salt. A gratin dish topped with hamburger mince white sauce and demi-glace. It was delicious. Ruibi pork roasted egg rice is a bowl of pork topped with demiglace sauce and fried egg. The dinner set is 1,320 yen with vegetables, and 1,100 yen without vegetables. Char siu was too hard. I wish it were a little softer. I think the hamburger style is good. Honestly, the store isn't very clean. It's fine if you go with guys. It's a stamina type. The interior is that of an izakaya. Next time, I will try ramen 🍜.

I visited here after making a reservation for the omakase course for my wedding anniversary. The dish was better than I expected, and the sauce was so delicious that I had eaten it with bread, so I had to replace the bread. The price varies depending on the omakase course price, but the meat used is a rare part called kainomi. Since it was a busy day, the food came out at the perfect time, making it a very satisfying and memorable day. You can also pre-order grilled pork, which is also delicious. Please note that pasta may take a long time on busy days. But the pasta is also delicious.

Although the chef is polite and quiet, he is taking precautions against the coronavirus and has created a space where customers can feel at ease. The food is carefully prepared, and even for lunch, they prepare and serve salad, main dish, and dessert each time. The izakaya-style location is also nice, and if you have a place to stay nearby, this is a restaurant you'll want to come to at night. Lunch was limited to the lunch menu, so I wanted to order a la carte. Everything was done with great care, so I would like to order other menu items again. There are 2 parking spaces, so it's a little difficult to enter, so it's difficult for low-height cars. It's only a few minutes by taxi from Shimizu Station, so I think you'll enjoy drinking if you can take a taxi.
