I ordered a large serving of Tenmori Soba♪ Boiling time was about 1 minute and 30 seconds. The hot water cutter is unique and I feel like my expectations are high 😆 The most important thing is the taste, but the soba noodles are firm and the tsuyu tastes sweet. It's simply delicious. I don't think you can eat it anywhere else♪ The tempura was also crispy and I served it with Tentsuyu and salt👌 I made a reservation for 10:30 as it seemed like numbered tickets were available starting at 9:00, but it was sold out before 11:00. The business card says it opens at 11am. While eating, many of the customers were thrilled and gave up due to the long wait😵 After that, many people came to the store, but many of them left after seeing the sold out sign 😵 Some of the people who came to the store were locals, so I felt like it was definitely a store 😄 I will go again. Anyway, it's delicious soba. The freshly fried tempura is also crispy and delicious. The owner and his wife are also very kind. The ultra-thin and smooth soba noodles are the perfect way to go down your throat.
