The main dishes are of course delicious, but there are dishes using local ingredients such as amago and wasabi, Japanese dishes such as chirashi sushi and beef tendon stew, fried chicken, gratin and minced meat cutlets that are popular with children, and Hatemata Live Kitchen's pasta with cheese. Remove calorie limits from menus, etc. Honestly, I ate a lot of it because it was so voluminous. The staff are very active, the garcons are attentive, they take away empty plates right away, and they bring you refills of tea right away, so it's very comfortable. Even if the cocktail wasn't on the menu, they were able to accommodate it to some extent, and today's dinner with White Lucien was a perfect score.
