There was a store on the way down from Mt. Hamaishi, so I went in. It's a soba restaurant that feels like it's run by a local lady. The soba noodles made by hand in front of me were very delicious. The tempura set also includes sakura shrimp kakiage, which is very satisfying. It took about 30 minutes for the food to come out, so please be patient.

I came to Satta Pass from Nagoya and wanted to eat soba for lunch. The soba noodles are delicious as you would expect from a popular restaurant. Above all, the locally produced sakura shrimp kakiage is filled with sakura shrimp and is the best kakiage of my life♪ This is the first time I've had kakiage where I can feel the appeal of sakura shrimp so much. I want to eat it again (distant eyes) However, it takes time from ordering to delivery, so it's best for those who have plenty of time.
