Shizuoka, Japan｜Yoshinoya

This is my third time visiting a soba restaurant in my neighborhood. A child from outside the prefecture requested delicious soba noodles, and since it was a three-day weekend, I made a reservation in advance and ordered the food. We arrived a little after the 11:30 opening time, but it was already nearly full. My food was served immediately after I sat down, and in mid-September, I was able to enjoy the new soba. Each dish was made with care and attention to detail, and all were delicious. The restaurant is a renovated old house run by a married couple, so reservations are prioritized and the restaurant may sell out even during business hours. If I have a chance, I would like to try the course meal that I reserved.

A restaurant with the best taste and atmosphere. The owner's carefully selected soba noodles have a great aroma and texture, and you won't be able to stop eating them with your chopsticks😋 The recommended way to eat it is with salt! I would like people who have never done this to try it 😆 Since the shop is run by two people, the owner and the landlady, it may take a while for the soba to be served, but if you wait while enjoying the atmosphere of the renovated old folk house, the delicious soba noodles will arrive in no time 👍 When in doubt, try choosing “Today’s Lunch” first!!

I had zaru soba. It was fragrant and very delicious. The soba-yu was thick, chewy, and delicious.
