It was grilled in a reverberatory oven, and I was disappointed. sorry. I thought it would be a good idea to take advantage of the world heritage site and create a buzz. An old-fashioned coffee shop. They have been doing this for about 80 years. They grill their reverberatory roasts in a shop that looks like a hut in front of the store. Bake from 2pm. Just to be safe, I made a reservation over the phone to have it grilled for me, but since I was able to park, I decided to have it inside. It looks delicious freshly baked. I entered the store at exactly the same time as two older customers. It seems that I am acquainted with the clerk, who appears to be the wife of the store owner. It's a homely atmosphere and people from the neighborhood gather together. When I explained that I had booked a reverberatory grill, the two of them asked me what that was. That's it. The clerk said, ``It's in the shape of a reverberatory furnace...it's quite popular, so if you want to eat it, order it soon.'' An older customer trotted outside to order. I couldn't help but say, "So you let the customers order?" (lol) We all laughed when we did that (lol) The interior is a relaxing Showa-era coffee shop. Smoking is allowed, but the smell is not that pervasive. It seems that the smoking customers are careful and don't smoke (lol) While I was waiting, the owner brought me some freshly baked reverberatory grilled food from outside. There's nothing you can do about it on a plate. I handed it to him in a paper bag. It feels like the in-store and over-the-counter reverberatory grilling are handled differently. Reverberatory oven-baked raw caramel 150 yen It's not as big as I thought. However, it weighs 130g, which is larger than regular taiyaki. The pattern of the reverberatory furnace is quite realistic. The thickness of the fabric is also thinner at the top. Even though the thickness is different, it's amazing how well it's baked. It has cream all the way to the tip. The dough doesn't feel lumpy with too much flour. It's fluffy and delicious. The owner's son, who worked as a pastry chef at Shiseido Parlor, came up with the idea for the dough mix. I see, it makes sense. It's square and easy to hold and eat. The caramel cream is also delicious and of high quality. Now this price is cheap. It comes with bacon mayo and yakiniku cabbage, so it's perfect for filling students' stomachs. Black tea 460 yen → 450 yen If you order one item, you will get a 10 yen discount. just! It's a shame... It is not sold at the site of the World Heritage Nirayama Reverberatory Furnace. It's a little far away. If they were sold at Nirayama Reverberatory Furnace, tourists would definitely buy them. Just the right amount and cheap. By the way, the Nirayama Reverberatory Furnace allows you to see Mt. Fuji and two world cultural heritage sites together. There is nothing else like it in Japan. The toilet stickers are also interesting. Smoking allowed 6 counter seats 5-6 tables

Cannon udon was sold out, so I had a bowl of boiled whitebait. A bowl full of whitebait ♡ Spicy grated radish and delicious ♡ Miso soup is also simple and delicious ^ - ^

It's simple, delicious, and reasonably priced. It's located just outside the station, so it has a good local appeal. The reverberatory grilled food sold at the stall outside is a specialty of Nirayama, so be sure to try it.
