Second annual MOS burger and DASSAI sake collaborative milkshake review. The milk shake is released seasonally, at the end of the year until supplies last (December 28th to end of January). DASSAI Koji lees in MOS burger milkshake, has subtle and sweet malty rice flavors that taste like banana milk. Live Koji cultures have levels of isoflavones, which are compounds that are said to be effective in the prevention of cancer.
Hakko Shoku Hin, femented foods are beneficial for gut health, and this milkshake is a great way to incorporate digestive wellness with fast food.

It was crowded at noon on a public holiday. The atmosphere inside the store was calm, probably because the staff were pleasant and efficient. The burger I brought home was also delicious! Parking is limited, so you can make your visit go smoothly by staggering the busy times or ordering online.
