Cold udon noodles have a chewy texture, while warm udon noodles are soft and gooey. Both are unmistakable. But personally, the real recommendation is curry udon.

I had lunch. It was thin noodles like Inaniwa udon, and it was delicious. The shimeji mushroom tempura is also delicious. It was hot, so I cooled down with cold green tea. Thank you for the meal. Second visit. I tried curry udon recommended by word of mouth. The dashi is effective and it's so delicious! Probably the best curry udon I've ever eaten
