Visited 30 Nov 2022. It was a visit after seeing the previous reviews. According to the information in advance, it was from 11:00, but when I passed by around 11:30, they were preparing and I thought it might be a day off. When I came, I was on behalf of business. I noticed later, but that day was only for those who made a reservation. I didn't see the sign at the entrance. Thank you very much for accepting me willingly even though I entered halfway through. I really didn't know lol I had 100% buckwheat noodles and raw wood shiitake mushroom tempura. It is a visit to see everyone's comments in advance.
