Matsukawa, Nagano, Japan｜Seiryuen Restaurant

I had a clear stream set (single item) for Alps salmon. A single item is only a basket. It seems that soba noodles will be attached to the gozen. The single item was 1,680 yen. It was written on the menu that it would take about 20 minutes, but I think it arrived in about 10 minutes because it was empty. First of all, it is pleasing to the eye, and all in all, the taste is satisfying. Alps salmon was delicious with just the right amount of fat without any peculiarities. I was able to eat burdock pork that I was interested in, and tempura, so I thought it was a highly satisfying menu. The staff were all very pleasant.

We had Matsukawa Town's famous goboton bowl and Seiryu Gozen. Many other restaurants are closed on holidays, but this one is very busy.

I come to Matsukawa town occasionally for work, but I always get brought here. Pork dishes are recommended. Pork is different! perhaps.
