If you take Route 398, which runs parallel to the Minobu Line and the Fuji River, towards Fudo Falls, you will see Fujiya on the left. I received eel and miso cutlet. Unaju is a tender eel and the sauce is not too sweet. More than the price! Miso cutlet is also delicious! There's shiso in between the meat, making it refreshing and not heavy. The sauce is also excellent! It was great with a squeeze of lemon. The cabbage was also delicious. I went on a Saturday, but it might be a good idea to make a reservation. Thank you for the meal!

The next weekend after Obon in 2021, we arrived at 11:45 on Sunday, and there were no previous customers. It is run by the proprietress and her husband.
