More Comments at Google MapIt has the atmosphere of an old diner. The homemade salt koji "Hoto" was very delicious, so I want to go again. The personality of the shop was also one of the deliciousness.
Hoto The light miso is delicious. Boiled radish in a small bowl was also good. There are cats outside. You can choose soba or udon for the tempura bowl set. I ate soba, but it seems that it is flat and handmade. Both the noodles and the sauce are delicious. In season, there is also bamboo shoot rice.
Available on Sunday afternoons. The storefront and location are a little difficult to enter, but it doesn't look bad from the reviews, so I decided to go in. Suddenly I was greeted by a stray cat in the parking lot. The sign says that it is open only on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Looking at the hand-written menu, it seems to be hoto, but it is small and says ``Salt koji hoto using homemade salt koji'', so I ordered it because it is rare. I've eaten regular miso-flavored hoto many times, but this is the first time I've tried this! The volume that felt more than 1100 yen and the simmered radish on the side were delicious and very satisfying. Also, the tea was plain and delicious. I wonder if it's a place pattern? The interior of the store is old-fashioned, but it doesn't give the impression of being unsanitary. A couple who seem to be good people? When I said thank you and left the store, there were three stray cats, and I was healed again.
