More Comments at Google MapStopped by on a bike tour 🏍️ It is located along National Route 52, which runs from Shizuoka to Yamanashi. It's about 5 minutes north of Michi-no-Eki Tomizawa. Although it is a popular shop, it seems to be run by an elderly owner and his family, and the shop is open on a number of regular holidays. I hope you stay healthy and stay healthy for a long time! I've been curious about this store for a while. I was finally able to visit. I shared the chashu men and a small fried rice with my companion. Although it was dark in color, the soup was light and easy to eat. Does fried rice have a strong onion flavor? It's voluminous, so if you're not confident, don't overdo it (lol) I would love to come back and support you.
Old-fashioned soup. good. And above all, the deliciousness of the handmade noodles. The handmade curly noodles were really delicious. The shop appeared to have been run by three generations. It was so nice to see everyone getting along so well. It was also great to get along well with the local customers.
This time's ramen is from a mountain pass in front of Minobu in Yamanashi. The popular item is the large serving of chashu noodles that are so soft that you can't lift them with chopsticks! For 1000 yen, you get a large serving of pork and noodles (too cheap in this day and age!) The flavor is neither too strong nor too light, and the soy sauce has a nice richness! The noodles are hand-made, so they are springy and chewy, and go well with the soup! A ramen shop I want to go to again!
