I heard that there was a delicious soba restaurant in an unexplored area of ​​Shizuoka, so I visited there. A lone house nestled through the forest. There was a soba shop run by my father and mother. The menu is extremely simple. A menu made from soba and soba noodles. Of course I ordered Juwari Soba. I also ordered soba tofu and soba gaki. Dad's homemade soba noodles are the best dish. The aroma is just right and the taste is great. The water was delicious and had a smooth texture down my throat. The soba gaki and soba tofu are both exquisite and must-order items. The soba gaki was especially great. There is almost one road in the mountains. Be careful not to pass each other. Please note that the parking lot can only accommodate about 6 cars, so if it is full, you will have no choice but to exit.

You can enjoy delicious soba noodles in a quiet atmosphere at a restaurant surrounded by nature! The menu is simple and only includes soba noodles, so you can fully enjoy the aroma of soba noodles! The road to the store is quite narrow, so if you're not confident in driving, it might be a little worrying, but as long as there's no oncoming traffic, I think you'll be fine. I think it's worth going that far!

I visited on July 30th. The road entering from the national highway on the way is a narrow forest road, and there are few places where you can pass by oncoming vehicles, so be careful. I had a large serving of 100% soba and soba tofu. When I arrived a few minutes after the opening hours, it was already full and I waited for a while, but it was worth the wait. The soba noodles were fragrant and delicious 😋 I would like to ask you again.
