As for how to eat tonkatsu, the sauce combined with the sesame seeds ground in a mortar is delicious, but I would like you to eat the surface of the pork with Himalayan rock salt. The rock salt brings out the sweetness of the pork even more, making it the most delicious. I think that shops that have rock salt in Fujinomiya city are rare. Also, I love the food here. It's perfectly cooked and tastes great, so you'll always want more. Rice and cabbage can be refilled once. Finally, the proprietress serves coffee at the perfect timing. It comes with coffee after the meal, and I think the cost performance is too good for lunch (900 yen (tax included)). I am very satisfied. I received the much talked about mille-feuille roll cutlet! The oil was good, but it wasn't greasy and I had it with rock salt and special sauce 😍 I'll definitely visit again ❣️
