Fuji, Shizuoka, Japan｜Sawayaka Fuji Takaoka shop

We had the hamburg steak + ribeye combo, and a white bait porridge dish (not sure what it is called). They were both really good. The porridge had a refined subtle tastiness while the hamburg was done perfectly on a hot plate.

250grams Sawayaka Burger (onion sauce) The meat is great and the pepper taste is just right for the onion sauce. Really enjoyed this!
