That's why I stopped by here on my way to work this time. Mentaro is located at Gakunan Harada Station on the local Gakunan train in Fuji City. There are many eki-noodles, but udon shops located in unmanned stations are extremely rare. I went right after opening time and I was the only customer. . There is no store clerk. The station is unmanned, so there are no station staff. There are no passengers. There are no trains either. All there is is the steam rising from the pot and the aroma of the soup stock. I was sitting at the counter seat in a Spirited Away situation, when a female clerk came from the back door. What's the point of opening a udon restaurant in an unmanned station? I thought for a moment before going there, but since it was outside the ticket gate, I figured out that this place was aimed at locals, not passengers, and ordered some udon. I thought that it was just udon noodles, and I thought that the raw egg on display on the table was something similar to tempura, so I asked the clerk, ``What kind of toppings do you recommend?'' When I asked her, she said, ``If it's warm udon, I'd like vegetable tempura.'' For some unknown reason, she added vegetable tempura. The udon noodles are a little thin. The soup stock and vegetable tempura were certainly delicious. It's a restaurant that only serves udon and soba, but I would like to go back and figure out when to add other toppings. In the end, the train never came until I left the store, but it was a wonderful ekimen noodles where time passed slowly.
