Adachi-san for the first time in 3 years. As expected, the soba noodles and soup were also delicious. Since it was a cold day, I ordered herring soba and my companion ordered soba. Sobagaki is very smooth and requires a lot of effort. The owner is from Yamagata Prefecture, so he can eat ita soba. Caricatures are also drawn, so the store is full of them. When I went there for the first time, they drew a portrait of me and gave it to me as a present. Since you are doing this alone, we recommend that you give yourself plenty of time.
