I went to eat hot and sour noodles (Sura Tanmen) for a limited time. I ate it once a few years ago and was impressed by its deliciousness. I received a leaflet last week and visited here after learning that hot and sour noodles can be eaten for a limited time. I ate gomoku hot and sour soup noodles. A week later today, I ordered normal hot and sour noodles. I just like the sourness of vinegar. It doesn't feel that spicy. Bamboo shoots, shiitake mushrooms, bok choy, chicken breast, wood ear mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, shredded ham... Hot red bean paste with lots of ingredients is on top and white-haired green onions are topped. Really delicious! I want to eat it again during the limited time! If possible, I want it to be on the menu all year round! I like it that much.
