Should be rated way higher. Almost didn't come here because of the lower rating than next-door, but the atmosphere pulled us in a we're glad we did. Get the large tempura menu, great taste and presentation and way better than the usual pork cutlet variation. Plus the service is extremely pleasant and you get delicious free green tea?

This restaurant is child-friendly - highchair is available. Amazing food as authentic as what you see in the photos!! Noodles are chewy, tempura is yummy, staff is friendly! Will definitely come back again.

The lady who sat us at the table was very friendly and hospitable. I am not really a fan of cold Soba noodles but they were fine with the soy sauce and the nice salt that was provided. The star of the show was the tempura seafood I ordered. The battered eel was absolutely delicious and very fresh. I don't reccomend warm sake :D As always the beer was great. This place is one of a few restaurants beside the lake so there can be a queue, but it is worth it.
