Kobe, Hyogo, Japan｜Milk Cafe Cowbell

I stopped by on the way home from Rokko Meets Art 2023 with my daughter who is studying design at art university. As expected, being on top of Mt., the shade was much cooler than the area below, but the sun was still at a level where there was a risk of heatstroke. I decided to just pay for parking and rehydrate at Cowbell. There was a line of 12 to 3 groups of tourists in front of the cash register. I ordered milk from Mt. Rokko Farm, and my daughter ordered raw milk pudding and soft serve ice cream from Rokko Farm. All the seats in the air-conditioned room were occupied, so we sat outside on a bench in the shade of a tree. The milk was rich and had the taste of a farm.

Cowbell is a facility located outside the ranch where you can relax while waiting for the bus. I had soft serve ice cream and cold milk and it was very delicious. Soft serve ice cream allows you to enjoy the original taste of milk without any extra flavor. The milk has a rich, creamy taste. It looks delicious to drink hot in winter. It's a great experience to have it after seeing the dairy cows at the farm. I think the pricing is reasonable.

The other day, 6/25 (Sun) around 9:00 Since I was staying at the hotel without meals, I planned to have breakfast before arriving at the ranch, but I ended up arriving at the ranch because it was nearby. I was so hungry that I had to find a restaurant on the ranch, but the older brother at the stall in front of the restaurant prepared it for me.
