A kushiage restaurant with a stylish and calm atmosphere. The skewers were crispy, light in texture and delicious. I like that it doesn't get heavy even if I eat a lot. Even though it's fried, it's gentle on the stomach. The chicken nanban was also very delicious, so I recommend it. The ramen at the end was also good.

Kopan is my favorite kushiage restaurant that I have visited several times. You can enjoy the omakase course, and you can also order your favorite skewers and ate. I was with a group of friends that I know well today, and it seemed like we could have some fun talking, so I asked him to leave it to me. Appetizers such as cream cheese-like tofu accompaniment, lightly pickled celery, and chicken pickled in Nanban are all excellent. And of course the skewers are the best. It's crispy and warm inside. The taste and aroma of the ingredients are locked in and you will be amazed. Today's finish is white chicken ramen. The soup is also more satisfying than at a professional ramen shop. you're doing too much Kushiage, I forgot to take a picture...

It's a very cozy and wonderful restaurant where you can forget about time and enjoy delicious skewers and other dishes. All of the skewers are very delicious, especially the lotus roots and vegetables, which are so fluffy and delicious.
