Kobe, Hyogo, Japan｜Wakatake

I've personally eaten a variety of eel, but I think this is the most delicious eel in Kobe. The Umaki was also delicious.

The steamed eel is plump and sticks to your tongue, making it very satisfying! The store had a great atmosphere and the owner was very friendly. I want to go eat there again.

You can eat delicious eel with fluffy fat. The store manager is friendly and the store has a nice atmosphere. It takes time to steam, so we recommend making a reservation at least 30 minutes before your arrival. I think 3,700 yen including tax (including soup) is cheap considering that this large portion is served in Edo-yaki style, which takes a lot of effort. I plan to come back if I want to eat eel again.
