Perfect location to have a tea house when you're hiking mount rokku. This is a popular spot for hikers and cyclists. Very friendly staff. The food is fine but tastes amazing after a workout. Try a local cider!

Food, fine. Organization of the restaurant, practical. Finding food and drink for a reasonable price at the top of that god forsaken hike (the hike itself was fine/amazing, I'm just out of shape and tired) AMAZING!! Five stars for being the right place at the right time. Fwiw, the udon looked better than the donburi. I had the donburi and it was fine.

The only way to go to the top of Rokko Mountain, there are drink vending machines, and Yixuan Tea House is sometimes closed
