First visit to Diamond Steak in Seishin Chuo. (Imported) Lean steak (150g), salad bar, onion soup, and five-grain rice/white rice are all included for 1,280 yen including tax. Great value for money. The doneness is basic rare. A method of cutting it on a hot lava plate and grilling the rare part moderately. There are various seasonings on the table besides the three kinds of sauce. Three kinds of dressing on the salad bar. All delicious for this price. The drawback is that it gradually becomes well-done if you just linger.

The hamburger wasn't great, but the steak was delicious. There are various sauces, so you can enjoy it. The store clerk was also attentive. Even though the place was full, they checked at the end of the meal and asked each seat at the right time if they would like to bring hot tea.
