Kobe, Hyogo, Japan｜鷹取天津楼

A traditional Chinese restaurant in front of Takatori Station. I've been going here for almost 30 years. There is no parking lot, but you can park about 3 cars on the street in front of you. Recommended dishes include Champon, gyoza, pork buns, Sarasoba (sauce flavor), stir-fried bean sprouts, etc. It gets crowded at lunchtime, but the turnover is quick so you won't have to wait a little while.

Forty years ago, I went out to eat with my relatives about twice a month. Recently, I can only go once or twice a year, but it is still delicious. Gyoza and champon are recommended.

I've lived here for nearly five years, and I've been to this store frequently. It's an old-fashioned Chinese restaurant, but I loved it because of the overall gentle flavor. It is a shop I want to visit again someday. Champon thick, gyoza, sauce-flavored yakisoba, ramen, fried rice, lunch...it was really delicious. ^_^
