I went to a miso ramen specialty restaurant for the first time, which I had been curious about for a while. This is a popular store where there is always a parking lot available. I waited for about 30 to 40 minutes, but I was safely guided to a table. There are about 6 table seats and 10 counter seats. My order is (Sanada Miso Ramen). Although it doesn't contain chashu, etc., it does contain a lot of fried cabbage, which is also very delicious. The miso soup was really delicious without any bitterness. Ramen has different tastes than other dishes, but I personally feel that it is the best in the miso ramen category. Also, the provided yuzu vinegar is quite good. I don't like vinegar, but when I put it in ramen, there is no vinegar presence at all, and the yuzu spreads in my mouth and I can enjoy the different taste. The fried rice was also delicious.

I've only eaten the Hokkaido red miso-based menu so far, but they were all rich and delicious. If you add yuzu seasoning to your liking halfway through, the flavor will change again and you can enjoy it twice.
