Inside the bright store, most of the customers were in their 20s. The BGM was also funky reggae-style music, creating an atmosphere that would appeal to young people. The content is pork bone ramen. I didn't emphasize that it was "Hakata Ramen". My wife, who is from Hakata, insisted that the real Hakata ramen is served with red pickled ginger. . The photos are "Simple Pork Bone Ramen", "Ajitama Ramen", "Gyoza", "Karaage" and "Fried Rice". For ramen, you can choose the amount of back fat in the soup, the type of noodles, and the firmness.
