The food is delicious, but the location of this restaurant, which is right in front of the Shukugawa River, is the best. In addition, it's laughably near the station (Hankyu Kurakuenguchi Station). I often order "Taishoan Teishoku". A set of carbs that includes a tendon and half-sized soba (or udon). With soft-boiled egg and pickles. You can choose hot or cold soba noodles, but today I chose cold soba noodles without hesitation. Dashi is the god of winter! I affirm. The cold soba was also divine. The thick fried (chopped) that was seasoned well was also delicious. The rice in the tempura bowl is so full that you might wonder, "Is this for students?" When I thought I would never be able to eat it all, I ate it all up with the soft-boiled egg and pickles.

I came to the store around 6pm during the cherry blossom viewing season, but there were 4 groups waiting and we were able to get inside in about 10 minutes. Anyway, the location was wonderful, and I was able to spend a luxurious time looking at the views from both the outside and the inside. Another thing that surprised me was the affordable pricing. I thought it would be a good price for a tourist destination, close to Hankyu Kurakuen-guchi Station and where you can enjoy such a beautiful scenery, but the Taishoan set meal (pictured), which bears the restaurant's name, was a reasonable price of 1,080 yen! I heard that a while back you could get change for 1,000 yen, so I'm happy with this pricing. The soup stock seems to be the same as for udon soba, but the balance of flavorful soup stock and moderately sweet foxtail was extremely delicious ✨Also, the amount was enough to satisfy even an adult man, so if you are a picky eater, you may want to leave it alone. There were so many of them that I wouldn't say there were any. The dessert after the meal looked delicious, but that's for another time. It was a large portion, but the small bowls and pickles were both heart-warming and heart-warming. By the way, this Taishoan set meal is not originally served in a small bowl, but comes with a hot egg, but it seems that only during this cherry blossom viewing season, it will be served in a small bowl. I heard that there are other menu items that are only available during the cherry blossom viewing season, so I thought it would be a restaurant I would definitely want to visit again, including the desserts.

I stopped by on the way to see the cherry blossoms illuminated at night. It was great to be able to see the cherry blossoms while eating at the counter seat. The staff were in good spirits and the food was delicious.
