More Comments at Google MapThis is a soba restaurant that I've been interested in for a while. Weekends and holidays only. The atmosphere was lovely. There are different types of 100% soba, but this was a smooth 100% soba similar to Sarashina. There are no people here who are looking for a disheveled and black 100%. Mentsuyu is delicious, but soba noodles are also delicious. It's been a long time since I've had delicious soba noodles. The menu and prices seem to have changed slightly from before. I had a large bowl of soba noodles for 1,500 yen. The plates are grilled and stylish. Everything was delicious. The staff at the store also had nice smiles. The tea was delicious and I ordered it again. The sight and sound of soba noodles being made was also great. It looked like you could make a reservation.
The location is great. Open only on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Your husband's story was very interesting. Making soba seems to be a complete hobby lol, and the interior of the store also gave a sense of the splendor of handmade noodles made to the fullest. Because they use well water, the rice is delicious, and the soba noodles are delicious, so I definitely want to go again.
We have added grilled boar to the limited 10 meal set. The seasonal rice and ankake sauce had a gentle taste, and the candied deer was well-seasoned, allowing me to enjoy a variety of flavors. The portion is small, so if you want to eat a lot, it might not be enough. The owner and the landlady were friendly and nice people, which made the food even more delicious. This is a store I would like to visit again.
