Starting with chrysanthemum sake as an aperitif, matsutake mushrooms are steamed in an earthenware pot, sashimi and tsurumurasaki buds are served in an ice bowl, chrysanthemum hassun, cutlass fish bite-sized sushi, sea bream boiled, and other seasonal dishes. I was very pleased with the look and the taste. 😋 The price is also worth it, and I recommend it to people in Kobe.
