Kobe, Hyogo, Japan｜Ohitsu Gohan Shirokujichu

This was my first time using Ohitsugohan's 46-hour service. Lots of salmon roe, and the eel is also big. I thought it was because it was frozen, but the eel was fluffy and had no odor, and the rice had the firmness I liked, so it was really delicious. I wasn't expecting much from the dashi chazuke, but the taste, flavor, and texture were different, and it was really delicious for the price of less than 2,000 yen. The soba noodles were Kanto-style with a thick soba soup, and were quite delicious. I was satisfied even though I ate at Aeon food court. It was quite crowded, but the staff were all smiling, efficient, and polite, and the food was wonderful.

This shop is located in the food court on the 3rd floor of Aeon Mall. The seafood was delicious, and I also liked that the rice underneath was warm and not vinegared. It's like hitsumabushi, and you can also add some piping hot soup stock from the pot to taste. Condiments with different flavors that change depending on the menu. The photo shows the color and I think it was shrimp miso sauce. This costs around 800 yen. It was a great satisfaction!

I ordered a tuna and salmon seafood bowl with warm soba noodles for 1,080 yen. At the end, it is served in a pot as if you were eating it with green tea, and it comes with green onions so you can enjoy it twice. It's delicious, cheap, and fills you up.
