A udon restaurant that you'll want to eat even if you're across the mountain. There's always a line, but I still want to eat. This is a delicious udon restaurant on the mountain in Nishinomiya. For the first time in a long time, I went to eat my favorite green onion udon, which makes me want to go over the mountain to eat it because of an addictive attack. The consistently consistent green onion udon is my personal favorite. Since it was a weekday, I arrived before 12:00, but the parking lot was empty and I was guided right away. The sujidon is also delicious and has a lot of flavor. There are always long lines on Saturdays and Sundays, so if you have free time, we recommend going on weekdays.

Until when will it be closed for renovation? That's what I thought, but when I passed by last weekend, it was open, so I parked my car right away. I wrote my name at 11am and waited 45 minutes to enter. Two of us ordered kamaage udon, assorted tempura, and seasonal chestnut rice. I love the udon ears that were brought to me first! Plenty of grated ginger was added to the piping hot soup stock, and the chewy, thick udon noodles were mixed with the slightly sweet stock and ginger, and I kept saying, "It's really delicious..." I had chestnut rice for the first time this year.
