🍴Healthy balance food restaurant and cafe🍹 Vegetables GARDEN TIERRA cafe&kitchen Kawanishi Hankyu I visited you for lunch on Friday, May 5, 2023👼👼👼👼👼 I'm happy because it's close to my home and I've wanted to come here for a while. Today's menu is roast pork with carrot dressing and ginger ale drink ☺️ Approximately half of the plate is filled with fresh vegetables 🥗, roast pork 🐷, 12-grain rice 🍙, carrot dressing 🥕, and consommé soup 👌 The vegetables were very delicious with the carrot dressing, and the abo pork roast pork🐷The fat was melty and the meat had a firm taste, which was also very delicious✌️The twelve-grain rice🍙 was also delicious and moderate. It was great to be able to eat all-you-can-eat bread☀️ It is located on the southernmost side (back) of the men's clothing section on the 4th floor by escalator and elevator in Kawanishi Hankyu (not on the west side of the Aste River) 🍳It is a clean shop✨️ When I entered the store at around 10:45, there were only a few family members, but by around 11:30 there were people waiting outside, so I'm glad I came at a lucky time. I visited by myself, so I sat at the counter seat by the window, and the view was good, and I think it was Higashi Rokko on the right! JR Kawanishi-Ikeda Station was also visible directly below, and on the left was the Inagawa, Chugoku Expressway, and the train that took off from Itami Airport. After finishing my morning errands in front of the station, I had been wondering about it for a long time, so I stopped by for lunch. You can also look down at JR Kawanishi-Ikeda Station from the window seats. I ordered the avocado pork lunch plate. First you choose millet rice or bread, then all you can eat bread comes with it. I thought that if I chose multi-grain rice, I wouldn't be able to eat bread, so I was kind of happy. There is an all-you-can-eat bread corner in the center of the shop, and we had pumpkin bread, milk bread, and red bean bread. There are many women and couples, and it is an atmosphere where you can enjoy just tea. It may be only the seats by the window, but each seat has an outlet, so it would be nice to have an after-meal coffee and read a book. Thank you for the meal.

The tables are widely spaced, so you can have a relaxed conversation. I was satisfied with the lunch as it was voluminous!
