It's an old-fashioned ramen. Alcohol is beer and sake. The gyoza was delicious with lots of vegetables and ginger.

The gyoza with ginger was so refreshing that I thought I'd replace it. Fried rice is black in color, so how about it? I thought, but contrary to its appearance, it was a little sweet and delicious.
