This restaurant is located on the first floor of the hotel "Global Resort Ohno Delune". I went into this restaurant with no expectations at all because I had the preconception that it was a restaurant attached to a business hotel, but I was very satisfied with everything from the food, the atmosphere, and the staff's service, and I was able to spend a fun time there. As mentioned in other reviews, the sashimi platter was extremely fresh and reasonably priced. The vinegared offal dish that was recommended today was perfect as a snack with sake. On the day I used it, there were many tourists, so the interior was quiet and had a calm atmosphere. Also, I wish other stores would emulate the timing and hospitality of the store staff.

I had lunch. The sashimi was yellowtail and sea bream, but the freshness was outstanding. Tempura and shrimp were delicious. Chawanmushi also has a good yuzu flavor, and it is a highly recommended restaurant.
