For the soup, you can choose from Japanese-style sauce, white sauce, tomato sauce, and spicy sauce, so I chose white sauce and she chose Japanese-style sauce. White sauce is a mild soup that makes use of the richness of milk and fresh cream. Today's ingredients are Choshu chicken, mentaiko, corn, tomato, lettuce, green perilla, and mushrooms. . Japanese-style sauce is a light soup that combines seafood soup and white soy sauce. Today's ingredients include bacon, squid, takana pickles, tomatoes, cabbage, green perilla, and mushrooms. All of them are made with plenty of vegetables and have a gentle flavor that melts into the umami. As a soup pasta lover, the existence of such a specialty store makes me very happy. You can make it a lunch set for an additional 500 yen. Bread set is homemade bread + salad + drink. Risotto set is cheese rice + salad + drink. The soup pasta can be made large for an additional 300 yen, but the default was enough volume and I was very satisfied.

We were on our way for a walk to the waterfall but could not immediately find anything to eat. Then we ended up at Zuppa. DELICIOUS! Not only were they super friendly and patient (we are from Belgium and therefore don't speak Japanese very well), the food was also very tasty! The portions were more than enough, a bit much even, because to my great regret I had to leave some behind. Very happy that we came here! It had a lot of ingredients so I didn't lose weight no matter how much I ate it, but since the soup had a good dashi stock, it was delicious and I was able to eat it all the way to the end. Anyway, it was voluminous and I was very satisfied. It was delicious
