Truly unbelievable and incredibly unique dining experience. Very traditional, literally in someone’s house, in the countryside, with fresh and homegrown veggies and food. A little pricey, and definitely off the beaten path, but well worth the hit on your pocketbook and fuel tank. All menus are in Japanese, and rotate based on the seasons. Cash only, and the family does not speak English. Not too difficult to navigate to, but definitely in the country.

I have two 2-year-old daughters, so I looked for a cafe that would be safe for kids to go to! There were some parts of the mountain road on the way that were so narrow that we couldn't separate from each other by car, and when we entered this road, I thought we might have gone a little wrong, but when we arrived at the cafe, the children found it very easy to spend time and it was worth all the hard work on the mountain road. That feeling was blown away. There was a tatami room inside the cafe, and children's toys were neatly placed next to it, and the girls were playing hard with them. The food is also delicious! ! It uses plenty of home-grown organic vegetables, and it feels like a dish that makes your body happy. I feel like I'll be healthy if I eat lunch here. There were charcoal everywhere, and I couldn't help but take a deep breath as the air inside the cafe felt purified lol. I was healed by the food and atmosphere. There was a dahlia garden next to the cafe, so we looked at the dahlias there after eating. It's been a great day! Next time, I would like to invite a friend with children.

All the vegetables are grown at home, and everything including miso and soy sauce is made by hand. The dressing on the vegetables was also very tasty and very satisfying. I feel like I'm getting healthier because I'm eating all the things that are good for my body (o^^o) There were many kinds of drinks, and among them there was a drink that gave you immortality. It's quite deep in the mountains, so it's not possible to go on a snowy day, but it's a restaurant I'd like to go to again. It was raining in the lower part of the world again today, but it was snowing here, but it didn't accumulate (^_^)
