This is my first visit to try Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki. I was guided to a seat in front of the iron plate and ordered okonomiyaki, meat and egg, soba, and squid tempura toppings. Are you a couple? When I ate it, the flavor of the moist vegetables, chewy noodles, and squid tempura came together perfectly, making it an exquisite dish. I am very satisfied with the taste, which exceeds the reputation.

The noodles are crispy and the portion is quite large. Even if you are seated at a table, you can enjoy it anytime thanks to the iron plate. It can be eaten hot.
