Takarazuka, Hyogo, Japan｜山陰ゆかりの店郷音（さとね）

First visit for dinner. A rare shop related to Sanin. Perhaps because it was previously opened in Kitahama, Osaka, the presentation is beautiful with the wife's items and decorative leaves. The menu doesn't have anything, but the impression is that Tottori's local products are carefully selected. There was also local sake, and it was a meal that I could enjoy in various ways.

I used it for lunch. It was lunch time so I had to wait a little while. The two of us had the fried horse mackerel set meal (3 pieces of horse mackerel) and the ginger grilled mackerel set meal. The fried horse mackerel had a crisp texture and a strong taste, and was very delicious! Grilled mackerel with ginger is surprisingly delicious! The amount of salt in the mackerel, the flavor of ginger...you won't be able to stop using your chopsticks. This is a store I would definitely like to visit again!

It's a small shop, but there's also a second floor. I always have fried horse mackerel, and it's absolutely delicious. Also, the vegetable salad that comes with it is crunchy and delicious. The white rice is also delicious, so I always order a second helping.
