Hiroshima, Japan｜Genyutei

Had a most incredible dinner there. Superb food with fresh ingredients, all dishes perfectly cooked and presented. Service was tiptop. And that night view of Hiroshima from their roof top terrace is an added bonus. Point of note: menus in Japanese only.

This is my first full ★5 in a while. Good food. Good location. Good service. It's a really nice restaurant. The sushi rolls are also Edomae-style, and you can clearly see that they are particular about each ingredient. The only disappointing thing is today's weather ☔. It was a restaurant that required repeat visits.

The arrangement of each item is exquisite. As expected, it is an elegant restaurant with a beautiful night view of the city from the rooftop.
