This is a restaurant specializing in delicious Fuchuyaki! It's a little different from the typical Hiroshima okonomiyaki, as it uses ground meat instead of pork belly, so you can enjoy a different texture and flavor. Snacks such as sand zuri are also delicious!

Although it is still a young restaurant, I think the okonomiyaki is very delicious. The photo of ``boiled offal'' looks delicious~😋 I forgot to take a photo of the Hiroshima Fuchu Okonomiyaki on the signboard menu lol. It is different from Kansai okonomiyaki. The crispy noodles were amazing! This is the okonomiyaki that I forgot to take a photo of. In Hiroshima, they eat it with chili pepper and table pepper!
