Hatsukaichi, Hiroshima, Japan｜Canadakan Hatsukaichi

Used a live blowtorch in front of me. 10/10. But seriously this is a great place, with quick service, a cosy welcoming atmosphere and high quality in all its food. We had a pizza, a pasta as well as the karaage as the lemon brulee and all were not only flavoursome and cheap but quite authentic to Italian food I've had in Italy, especially the mezzogiorno region.

Friendly customer service, nice set menu and reasonable price.
