Hatsukaichi, Hiroshima, Japan｜Shunsaishabuju Yume Town Hatsukaichi

I previously wrote a review saying that the table was smelly, but perhaps this has improved due to the coronavirus pandemic, and even when I went on a busy day and time, it didn't smell bad. Alpa's shabuya seems to have thin sukiyaki, but this one is thick. Even with eggs, it’s still strong! But delicious. tofu stains Considering the price, it's pretty good. Is the ponzu a little sweet? Delicious I wish I could have 4 types of dashi soup! ! I forgot the type, but I remember that there were kombu dashi, sukiyaki, spicy ones, soy milk, and grated radish. Apart from the dashi, there were also some dipping sauces. Also, the store clerk doesn't talk uselessly, which is great.

I made it to the limited duck course only now. There are two types of soup stock, grated ginger and kombu soup, but I was recommended to remove the grated ginger, so I asked for it. In short, it's a Japanese-style soup stock (laughs) For the Japanese-style soup stock, the soup stock became delicious, probably because only duck meat was added, and pork was not added. It was nice to pour soup stock over the rice (^o^)

It's all you can eat, but the shabu-shabu sukiyaki soup stock was very delicious. The variety of sushi is limited, but I think it's more delicious than conveyor belt sushi! ️
