Kumano, Hiroshima, Japan｜Uonaka Sushi

A regular customer took me there. The sushi was delicious, and there were a lot of great drinks.

Shirako ponzu sauce was great! It was fresh, meaty, and incredibly creamy, and it was completely different from the milt that I usually eat. I will definitely come again!

This is a restaurant where you can always eat very fresh and plentiful seasonal fish at reasonable prices. They have a selection of shochu and sake made by masters, and I personally recommend Baliking. A homely sushi restaurant.
