Since it's a food court, the service and atmosphere are great. I wonder if a door-to-door store like Yume Town Shunan store or Yume Town Yanai store could be opened in Yume Town Hatsukaichi. When I went there last week, the long-awaited burdock tempura udon was available in the lineup❗️ It was very delicious. The best topping is seaweed meat and burdock tempura.

All you can top with green onions! It seems that these green onions are grown in Yamaguchi Prefecture. It's crunchy and delicious. It goes well with soup stock. It's hidden by green onions, but it's meat tempura udon (maybe the name is wrong...). The harmony of butcher tempura oil, soup stock, and green onions is wonderful!
