You can have a large serving or a replacement ball, and the price is conscientious. The soup stock is applied to the Kaedama, so the taste changes a little. If you eat it as it is, it tastes like egg over rice (^o^;)

There is a volume and you will be full. Recent favorites are tantanmen and stamina bowl. I'm not very good at spicy food, but the tantan noodles here have just the right amount of spiciness, and when it's cold, my body warms up. I recommend it (๑´ㅂ`๑)

I went to "Satsuma Ramen (Higashihiroshima branch Chinese restaurant)" in Umaki, Saijocho, Higashihiroshima city. I often use National Route 375 in front of the store, but I only visit once or twice a year. Sometimes I really want to eat the tonkotsu ramen here. When I entered the store, there was a ticket vending machine, so I ordered the "Satsuma Ramen". It's pork bone ramen. Tonkotsu soup is a mellow type that is easy to drink without any unpleasant taste. I didn't take a photo, but there was garlic pickled in soy sauce on the table. Adding this to ramen will give it a punch and make it delicious. it's recommended.
