A memorable restaurant where we held a wedding reception 33 years ago. The other day, I suddenly remembered and went back for the first time in 33 years. 5 minutes walk from Hachihonmatsu Station. Land acquisition was progressing in the surrounding area for road construction, but this place was a different world surrounded by tall trees. The huge glass pane overlooks the garden, creating a great atmosphere surrounded by greenery and trees. The dishes served on expensive and stylish tableware are often very elaborate. This is a famous restaurant that I hope will continue to run forever.

Congratulations: Aki Bypass opens. So, I took the bypass from Hiroshima city and headed to Do Lunch. The bypass was congested, probably due to increased traffic, so it took 20 minutes more than planned. Full course lunch starts from 3300 yen. I asked for the standard course. It was an appetizer, soup, fish dish, meat dish, bread (refillable), dessert (Bavarois and strawberries), and coffee or tea. The elegant tableware, dishes and sauces left an impression on me. Beautiful cherry blossoms in the garden? The flowers were blooming, but only in one part, so I thought I should make some improvements to the garden as a whole.

It was my first time there. Another person's post states that it has been in business for 47 years (as of July 2022), but he is a little older than me. This is a log house style French restaurant. It was located in a slightly difficult to find location, but once you enter the premises, there is a garden, and the parking lot is more than spacious. Although it was a large car, I was able to park comfortably. Starting with an appetizer, the lunch course looks beautiful. I forgot to take a photo, but they also have bread. This is delicious! It seemed like I could get a second helping. The main steak is served with Chaliapin sauce. Dessert is Bavarois and comes with coffee or tea. We enjoyed our lunch time, which lasted about an hour, while looking out at the garden. On the way, the chef came to our seat to greet us! thank you.
