A fish shop in Kure produced by Momiji Suisan. Seafood bowl, creative udon, and tempura 🍤 are delicious. There is a workshop in the store that boils whitebait 🐜. Shirasu bowl with piping hot whitebait is delicious. Soy sauce made exclusively for whitebait made by Momiji Suisan.

I visited on weekdays, but I was able to eat fresh whitebait caught in the morning for 800 yen. It had no odor and had a good texture.

I visited for raw whitebait. The raw shirasu seafood bowl was a little unsatisfactory, but if you pay an additional fee, you can enjoy it as much as you can eat raw shirasu. It was odorless and delicious.
