Lots of vegetables and less guilt The Beni Champon wasn't that spicy, so I adjusted it by adding some chili oil from the counter. The soup feels thin compared to other Champon chains, but it's not lacking. The noodles were chewy and delicious.

I was surprised by the variety of flavors available, like ramen, such as white, red, black, limited time only, and limited to the Hiroshima area. I chose the spicy red, and it had just the right amount of spiciness, and the vegetables, noodles, and soup matched well, making it easy to eat and delicious. By adding vinegar when I was about halfway through, I was able to enjoy the taste until the end without getting tired of it. I'm not good at finding ingredients that are submerged in the soup, so it was easy to eat every last ingredient because the plate was shallow. Since it has a lot of vegetables, I somehow feel less guilty when eating noodles lol.

Personally, I don't like food courts, but I was able to eat there leisurely on a weekday afternoon. Lemon Champon has a sour and refreshing taste. Good for beauty too.
